Very impressive from the start - let's hope it stays like this for the tenancy.

Extremely impressed with how rapidly Gardian tenanted one of my properties - not only over the Christmas period, but with extremely short notice too. Initially the communication from them was not as clear as it could have been, and I had to send a few prompts, but i've since put that down to the Christmas/New Year madness. I am to yet to see how the property goes under management, but if the start up is an indication of what will come, then i'm sure it will be fine.
