We were very pleased with Tony Gardner's professional expertise in preparing us for the sale of our home after 47 years and then guiding us through the various processes, making helpful suggestions but not pushing his own agenda. He was very mindful of our needs and our privacy, but was also encouraging and helpful to the various prospective purchasers and their needs. Tony seemed to have a very good grasp of the market and was spot on when it came to what the actual auction price would be. He was never over optimistic nor negative, maintaining a good balance of what might be the outcome, which would be most suitable for us. Tony made the process of selling our home an enjoyable and successful experience.
