We had a really positive experience purchasing our property through Garry Jones Homes. The entire team was incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to deal with. Garry’s support team are absolutely lovely people and it was a pleasure working with them (big shout out to Holly, Colin & Mark!). They were highly responsive throughout the whole process and always quick to answer questions or provide updates. Their presentation of the property was excellent and certainly added to the property’s appeal as a buyer. What stood out most was how well they knew the property and how willing they were to accommodate special viewing requests, which we truly appreciated. Their support after the auction was exceptional — they made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. And the beautiful hamper gifted to us was a beautiful touch. The team went above and beyond by assisting with open inspections prior to settlement, which made the transition much smoother. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
