If you are thinking about selling your property, I would think twice before engaging Garry Knapp from R&H Only kidding at 83 and retired builder I have had many business dealings with real estate agents in conjunction with property owners wanting to upgrade their home for added value to sell. Ie Major repairs,additions,backyard swimming pools and landscaping. Correctly or incorrectly I have likened them, at times to second hand car salesmen and was very much concerned when I decided to sell my property. Not much more I can say except maybe, my property sold in what I consider close to a record time for the area with offers first open day.
