Since we are spending a longer period in Torquay area between 2024 and 2025, and are a family of four, it was important to find a place that fit our needs nicely, plus that was conveniently close to middle school. We found the place through Gartland, and the process after our application was lodged has been expedient and efficient. There have been no hiccups, and although the meager challenges we have had (internet establishment) were outside Gartland's hands, they helped us fix this too, and it should be in order by now. In short, we are very satisfied.
