Thanks for taking the time to review our services since the recent re-leasing of your property.
I'm sorry that the communication has dropped recently. Whilst it certainly isn't an excuse, we were transitioning between Property Managers with Simons departure.
I would like to personally apologise and promise to you that the management service will be 10 out of 10 again.
