We have had the pleasure of dealing with Emily and Ciara at Gartland, after recently providing them the opportunity to manage our property. From the initial appraisal through to actually finding a tenant, the whole process has been professional and thorough. Emily was very knowledgable of the market and provided us with an appraisal that was higher than other agents. She was very personable and friendly and although I was nervous wondering if the appraisal was too high as no other Real Estate Agent had come close, she found a tenant in under 2 weeks. I was so impressed and would highly recommend. Communication has been amazing throughout and having Ciara manage has also so far, been wonderful. We transferred the rest of our property portfolio over to Gartland because of this service and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
