Knowledgeable, works hard, and easy to work with

Adam knows the area really well - his predictions as to the types of buyers for my property and how much they would spend were spot on. He worked hard throughout the campaign, especially in the last couple of days to ensure multiple bidders came to the auction. This definitely made the sale stronger than it would otherwise have been. Adam communicated openly and regularly - I felt that he gave realistic updates and that I always understood how things were going. He did not try to give me overly positive reports just to keep me happy. I'd definitely recommend Adam, and would use him again
