Roxanne is such and empathetic and excellent communicator, with the upmost professionalism.

Roxanne has been incredibly responsive, empathetic, and professional. When we couldn’t locate a phone line for our Wi-Fi, she actioned our request immediately—even over the weekend—resolving the issue promptly. All our interactions have been pleasant, and she has been especially sympathetic regarding our difficult history with a previous agent and subsequent SACAT/HSA orders. Roxanne is diligent, understanding, and quick to answer every query. We are extremely happy with our new agent and look forward to the remainder of our tenancy.
