We recently purchased an investment property in the Western Suburbs. I am so pleased we chose to deal with Gary J Smith in finding us a tenant. I firstly had spoken to Deanne about handling our listing, nothing was too much trouble, her commitment and attention to detail was second to none. I knew from the get go our property was in great hands. Within hours Deanne & Michelle had gone to inspect the property and prepare it to be listed. I believe communication is important so I was impressed with the way they promptly replied to any queries and always kept me in the loop with any updates. It was only days between me meeting with them, organising an open inspection and having a terrific tenant move in. I could not be more impressed with the result.
