The property management team at Gary J Smith have always been professional, knowledgeable and responsive. They keep us informed at all times and have always found high quality tenants for our townhouse. They are experts in the property market in the Plympton area and we love that they are a local business. Their knowledge of the local market and the relevant legislation gives us great confidence in their team. Even when we have been allocated a new property manager we always receive continuous and quality service. When we recently had our tenant vacate at the end of lease the property was advertised and tenants short-listed in such a timely manner that the property was only vacant for a few days between tenants.
