It is with the greatest pleasure that I write this review. We engaged Gary Peer and associates to sell our property based on a previous association with Leor Samuel. I purchased a property in St. Kilda several years ago through Leor and found him to be knowledgable, engaging and honest. The team was honest and fair with their appraisal of our property and were extremely helpful in suggesting ways to get the property in the best possible condition for sale without being extravagant. They were extremely considered with their estimates on the potential sale price which highlighted the depth of their knowledge of similar properties in the area. Their initial appraisal was within 5% of the final sales price which meant that our expectations were well and truly met. All through the sales campaign Leor and his team were engaged, and attentive to our needs and we felt a 100% commitment to the process. We received weekly reports on the numbers and profiles of potential purchasers and went into the final week confident that everything that could have been done had been done to expedite a successful outcome. We were not disappointed.
