Hi Joel and Mariam, I just wanted to say a massive thank you to you both, and also the broader Gary Peer team, for your management of the sale of Trevelyan Street, I was thrilled with the result. The process was really easy, apart from the few little hurdles that were thrown our way, and I have to say each and every person on the team were incredibly professional and courteous. I thought Gary did an absolutely brilliant job in calling the auction yesterday, it was fabulous to hear him in action. I’m also happy that the unit has gone to a lovely couple who seemed really excited about their purchase.
