•I met Maxine originally when we were looking for a new house for a family member and was immediately struck by her professionalism. She was calm, knowledgeable and approachable. She was also asking the right questions of me as a potential buyer, she followed up when she said she was going to and wasn't at all pushy, I was really impressed with her approach. So when it came time to sell my villa unit, I called Maxine straight away! From the first conversation to now - 3 weeks post sale, she has been a brilliant agent and a fantastic person to deal with. She is positive yet realistic which I appreciate. Throughout the whole process of selling our home, Maxine guided me through what I need to do and when - at every stage. She was proactive in suggesting documents to get organized early (that I had no idea about!) and reminded me gently when things were due. She would come over to our house at the time that suited us, and with a 2 year old, that was such a luxury to not have to worry about fitting in another appointment at an already very busy time! She was also so kind to our little man Charlie, and included his name in all correspondence which always made me smile! The thing that has blown me away post sale is that Maxine and the whole Gary Peer team have continued to be involved with us. They are helping find us a rental in the short term and Maxine has said a number of times that she's happy to look at houses we're interested in buying - and she'd bid at auctions for us should we need her help. That is fantastic service to continue the relationship past the obligation and speaks volumes for Maxine and the Gary Peer team. Selling a house is a stressful time and doing it when there is some volatility in the market is even more daunting, but I felt really calm and relaxed the whole way through the process of selling our house because I trusted I'd picked the best agent possible!
