Joel and the Gary Peer team exceeded our expectations on service and communication

My husband and I live in London and wanted to sell our flat in St Kilda East. We knew of Gary Peer as they have been the local agents in the area for many years. When we considered selling they were at the top of our list to contact. From the very first email we sent, they were responsive and efficient. Joel Ser was friendly and professional. He also mentioned he was visiting London for a holiday in January and took time out to meet with us in person to discuss the possibility of selling our flat. From that meeting we signed over the sale of our flat in the trusted hands of Joel and Gary Peer. We needed a few changes and he assured us he and his team at Gary Peer could assist. They arrange for a painter, new timber floors to be installed and a hire furniture company before the sale of the flat. It may have been a daunting process to sell a property from the other side of the world but Joel and the Gary Peer team made it easy. Nothing was too much trouble. They were efficient and clear in all communication. The results of the makeover and hire furniture were even better than expected and we could not have done this without the help of Joel and the team. We were absolutely thrilled to get 10% above our reserve on the auction day. I would have no hesitation in recommending Joel and anyone at Gary Peer - they know the market, are easy to deal with and nothing is too much trouble.
