They arrange for a painter, new timber floors to be installed and a hire furniture company before the sale of the flat. It may have been a daunting process to sell a property from the other side of the world but Joel and the Gary Peer team made it easy. Nothing was too much trouble. They were efficient and clear in all communication. The results of the makeover and hire furniture were even better than expected and we could not have done this without the help of Joel and the team. We were absolutely thrilled to get 10% above our reserve on the auction day. I would have no hesitation in recommending Joel and anyone at Gary Peer - they know the market, are easy to deal with and nothing is too much trouble.
