Managed expectations exceptionally well...

I have known Adam for a number of years and he is my 'go to' Agent for Caulfield. Adam has worked with me on 3 previous occasions on the sell side - I find him easy to deal with and his manner is upfront and direct which I appreciate. He says it 'like it is' and on this occasion continue to work with the potential buyer via negotiation to achieve what we felt was the best result available on the day. For this sale, Adam and Catarina were challenged by the fact that I am based overseas so communication styles required flexibility due to time differences etc - although I did not feel that I was not aware of what was happening with the status of my sale. A job well done.
