Consistent and persistent campaign effort

John and Leon did a great job of selling our one bedroom apartment under tough market conditions. The deftly handled a difficult buyer to get her across the line in what was a very long campaign that required lots of effort on their part. In the end, we completed the transaction successfully and I cannot recommend John and Leon highly enough. This was the second property sale I've worked with them on, and both times they've been consummate professionals who really work hard for the vendor. In addition, their property management team headed by Samantha Lee are the best managers I have had in over 15 years (I've had 3 other property management companies in that time) so would highly recommend them to any landlord.
