We were delighted with the sale of my parents home back in July. The heat had come off the market due to interest rate increases and an uncertain economic future. Daniel and Andrew navigated us through this time keeping us positive about the sale while also ensuring we were properly informed of what was happening in a rapidly changing landscape. Daniel was very professional and genuine and his expertise showed in the price we got in the end and the seamlessness of the sale.
