Bought and sold with ease

When I decided to buy a house in Gayndah, Jo was so helpful finding the right place with my limited budget. She didn’t disappoint as my little house has been the best investment I have ever made. Michelle and then Natalie took care of renting and maintaining the property for 5 years and were so helpful as I was lived interstate and overseas and couldn’t take care of it. Was such good peace of mind knowing they were always there. When I decided to sell my house, I called Jo to get an idea of what it was worth and how the market was. She was right on the mark as she had a buyer in mind that had been looking for a property like mine. Anyway, within a week of saying go ahead, it was on the market. It was under contract 5 days later. Everything went so smoothly, my tenant relocated to another property and the new owner could move in on settlement day. Honestly, Jo and her team made the whole experience of buying, renting and selling my house an absolute breeze and I can’t thank them enough.
