"She went out of her way to accommodate our wishes and needs."

I dealt with Brian's wife, Carlene and she was really lovely to work with. She was very personable and friendly. We also appreciated how supportive Carlene was throughout the transactions. She went out of her way to accommodate our wishes and needs.

The care, empathy and support that was shown to me by Carlene and Brian was amazing!

My house took 11 months to sell. I initially employed an agent offering very low fees and found out quickly this was due to the very low service they provided. I was frustrated and contacted George Real Estate to take over the sale of my property. From the first moment I was impressed with their ideas, selling technique and assistance. They arrived early for the scheduled photos and bought along plants, cushions and decorative items to assist with showcasing the property to the best possible advantage. Carlene added special touches and Brian even cleaned the water droplets off my shower screen. Talk about hands on. Every photo taken was checked before being accepted and approving. It was a difficult house to sell due to the size of the block. I also had 4 contracts that crashed with two due to finance on the 13th and 21st day before going unconditional. The care, empathy and support that was shown to me by Carlene and Brian was amazing. I felt they were going through all the highs and lows I was. They never stopped working behind the scenes trying to secure a buyer for me and arranged for back-up contracts on several occasions. The communication was endless. I was never left wondering what was happening. I am a property manager and have worked in many different agencies. I have also bought and sold many times. Brian and Carlene are truly 5-star agents. They achieved a high price for me and I cannot thank them enough for everything they did.
