Gilbert and Younan was recommended to us by another agent. From the beginning their outlook towards what they do was able to gain our confidence. They were very helpful in preparing the house for leasing such as finding suitable people for different tasks. They showed their expertise in finding the right person for the property where we didn't have to do much at all. Even after the tenancy they are taking care of the issues that are coming up time to time which puts us at ease. Their monetary handlings are all transparent. No negative remarks from us so far.
