Aaron, you were such a good person, managing this purchase. Painting is all done. very happy about it. Thanks a lot. Just wondering why we had to pay extra couple of days for renting this property before settled, where it was the vendor who was not able to settle within settlement period. I remember you said there is no reason why vendor cannot settle within settlement period, when I asked you what would happen if he could not. The vendor did not settle by the settlement date and we had to pay for what he made it being delayed..? How unfair it is. Looking forward to your reply. Thanks.
