Fast sale, top price, excellent service!

From the moment we entrusted the sale of our investment property to Craig, we were impressed with his professionalism, friendliness and attentive service. As we live overseas, Craig organised quotes for cleaning, painting and repairs for us and supervised the work that was needed to get the property ready for sale. He answered all our inquiries and e-mails fast, kept us up-to-date without prompting, and quickly took care of any issues that arose. His sales strategy was excellent and ultimately got us around $25,000 more than the offer we were originally prepared to accept – and a final sale price that was above our envisaged maximum. In just under a week after the first open home, the buyers were signing the contract.
