It is a pleasure to write this review about our 5 star selling experience with Craig Alexis and the team at Gilmour Property Agents. From the first conversation that I had with Craig I had an inkling that he would be our Agent as he had just achieved an incredible result with the sale of a neighbouring property (19 Olola Avenue, Castle Hill) in just 8 days at $65,700 above an offer the owners would have accepted. Craig offered insight and advice with renovations, pool certification people, a great Conveyancer and a property stylist that gave the property a ‘wow’ factor. Craig contacted all the people that missed out on 19 Olola Avenue to advise them our property was on the market. The effective marketing attracted a lot of interest in the property which resulted in a sale after just 1 open home! Craig suggested that as we had so many people making offers, we should set a deadline to give everyone an equal chance to purchase. We took Craig’s advice on this and as a result we achieved a sale price $125,100 above the top end of the price guide. To say we are happy is an understatement.
