It is a pleasure to write this review about our 5 star selling experience with Craig Alexis and the team at Gilmour Property Agents. From the first conversation that I had with Craig I had an inkling that he would be our Agent as he had just achieved an incredible result with the sale of a neighbouring property (19 Olola Avenue, Castle Hill) in just 8 days at $65,700 above an offer the owners would have accepted. Craig offered insight and advice with renovations, pool certification people, a great Conveyancer and a property stylist that gave the property a ‘wow’ factor. Craig contacted all the people that missed out on 19 Olola Avenue to advise them our property was on the market. The effective marketing attracted a lot of interest in the property which resulted in a sale after just 1 open home! Craig suggested that as we had so many people making offers, we should set a deadline to give everyone an equal chance to purchase. We took Craig’s advice on this and as a result we achieved a sale price $125,100 above the top end of the price guide. To say we are happy is an understatement. Craig communicated with us every step of the way, did a fantastic job and went above & beyond .We can’t thank him enough for all his efforts and would recommend him and the team at Gilmour’s to all our friends and family or anyone wanting to sell at a great price.
