Glenmore Park Residential Property Sale Managed by Tammy Clair

When we decided to sell our investment property in Glenmore Park we had no idea who to choose to manage the sale. We started with an internet search and stumbled on Glenmore Park Realty and decided to make them our first port of call fully expecting to check out two or three others. Then we met Tammy Clair – what a dynamo. Following initial discussions we made an appointment with Tammy to inspect the property, which incidentally had been painted inside and out, new floor coverings and professionally cleaned. It was a vacant dwelling. At the inspection Tammy made suggestions for cost effective enhancements to present the property as a furnished family home. To this end she contacted a stylist who attended within the hour provided a quote and was signed up straight away. Tammy also suggested some minor landscaping improvements. We also needed the services of a plumber for some remedial drainage work and a locksmith. Again Tammy came to our rescue. Once the property had been styled and landscaping tidied up it changed from an empty dwelling to a very well presented furnished family home with a much improved potential return on the sale. The sales process was handle efficiently achieving a higher than anticipated price on a purchasers requested quick settlement. Throughout the whole process Tammy kept us fully informed with regular phone updates. Any requests from us were handled with a minimum of fuss. We cannot recommend Tammy Clair highly enough. Not only is she a very skilled professional she is also a lovely person to deal with.
