Best Agent I have met - Hands down

Darcy met with my daughter and myself on one Tuesday afternoon 7/10/25, and by Friday afternoon 11/10/25. my house was listed for sale online Realestate.com with all the bells and whistles. Our first open home was done mid-week 14/10/2025 and the following one Saturday afternoon 18/10/25 where my home was sold in a mere 7 days with negotiations completed by the end of the day. Best part of this whole process - it was quick, thorough, and genuine help most agents don't really care too much about most of this but Darcy has the goods, no mucking around. He said he will show me how he works and that I have had no luck in the past, with a not so good agent last time I sold. If i needed to sell again in the future I would not hesitate in selecting Darcy. He has considerate commission costs and advertising costs which makes it all more appealing. A quick sale with not many open homes just amazing this suited our busy lifestyle to a tea. Plus, he is totally transparent and fair. Best of luck Darcy in your future - it is very bright.
