Melissa is a bubbly and enthusiastic agent who is not afraid to use her excellent local knowledge and her modern marketing savvy to work best for the seller. She is well schooled in the psychology of buying/selling and knows what to say and when to say it. Something which many other Agents should take note. Listen more/talk less.
