Sold at great price, no worries.

I had been dealing with Sandy as my property manager (she did a great job), so chose her when it was time to sell. I was aware at all times of what was going on, the preparation for advertising, the open home, the inspections. I could just let Sandy go, know everything was taken care of, and after the first open home, a buyer! After that just waiting for the contract to be signed, at the price I wanted. Would definitely use Sandy for the next one, either managing or sales.
