Best agent i have dealt with

Ivan was extremely impressive with a completely different approach to other agents we have dealt with by meeting us around the building in the shops to show us the sorroundings and by making me comfortable with our surroundings and how we would be living in Glen Waverley. He was extremely professional and he was easy to deal with, i felt as if he really cared about me and what apartment would be best. He was always easy to communicate with at any time and just made things very straightforward, couldnt ask for anything more well done Ivan.
