Going above and beyond

Sherroy Ong was my agent for the purchase of a Sky Gardens apartment. She has mastered her brief in terms of knowing this market well, knew the details of every different apartment configuration and was able to pick up on what would appeal to me and what would not. She was able to advise me on the best strategy when trying to decide between two apartments and kept me updated on the interest being shown in them. Most importantly, she went outside her role to make sure the apartment was ready for my move.
