Rach and the Goodhaus team have been exceptional throughout the sale of our property. We truly can’t thank them enough. Rach represents the gold standard of communication. She kept us informed every step of the way, in the way that worked for us. She was encouraging and reassuring, which we valued as nervous first-time sellers. Rach also spent significant time with prospective buyers, answering their questions, getting them comfortable with the space, and keeping them interested. She is approachable and it’s apparent that she cares. Rach’s advice was always timely and on-point. She told us all the options available to us and was never pushy. It was clear time and time again that Rach knew her stuff - she knows real estate, she knows our market, and she has a strategy to suit. This was reflected in our sale price and time on the market. Overall, we can’t fault Rach or the Goodhaus team. They have been incredible agents and if ever we needed an agent in Canberra again we would definitely be giving Rach a call.
