I would personally like to thank Barry for his work in selling my house. Barry is exactly what I wanted in an agent. Barry takes the time to understand your needs and also explain his experienced understanding of where the marketplace is at. This helps keeps your expectations in line with the marketplace, as well as ensuring all parties are moving forward with the same objective. His willingness to listen combined with his years of experience enables him to give the best advice. I never once felt that Barry was trying to push his own agenda (which I have felt many times in the past with other agents). Thanks again Barry. I appreciate all the long hours you put in.
