About Zane

Zane Pitt, Co-Principal of Belle Property Grange has been in the real estate business since 1986.Beginning his career as a real estate agent selling investment properties, Zane moved to selling residential properties with a local boutique agency, where he clocked up a further 22 years’ experience. Today, Zane sells residential and commercial properties. Zane has lived in the western suburbs along the beach area for 37 years and loves living near the sea. Zane saw the need for an agency that offers a premium service as well as outstanding property marketing, two aspects firmly represented by the prestigious Belle Property brand. The area has a wonderful vibrancy about it. People who live in the area can enjoy the Grange Hotel on the water, the restaurants, coffee shops, boutique shops and its village appeal. Tarnia Pitt, Co-principal of Belle Property Grange, has been working in real estate for the past 15 years. Tarnia started as a personal assistant before moving into the real estate arena. Tarnia grew up on the coast, attended local schools and has been involved in local sports clubs too, giving her insider knowledge of real estate sales in the area. Tarnia is very results driven and client focused – she strives to achieve the best possible outcome for all her clients and takes great pride in getting top-end results. Having been involved in real estate sales, property management and attending to the day-to-day running of the business Tarnia has an understanding of all aspects of the real estate industry, as well as the area serviced by Belle Property Grange.

EXCELLENT RESULT

Zane and his team, advised, presented and marketed our property very professionally. Their advise during the process was "perfect", we couldn't be happier. On Auction Day, it seemed as the whole Belle office staff were present, making sure everything went smoothly. The sale of our property was the focus of the whole team. We felt very spoilt and special on the day. The finial sale price was well above our expectations.....$70,000 above reserve. I would recommend Zane and his Belle Property Grange team to anyone who is looking for and honest and hard working agent to sell their property.
