Great experience with a great agent

We met Daniel at a home open. The house was not for us so he showed us a few others. It was obvious from his questions that he was interested in finding us a house that met our needs. Once Daniel understood what we wanted he showed great initiative. He contacted the owner of a property that was not on the market and arranged a special inspection for us. It was just what were were looking for and after a couple of days negotiating we successfully had it under contract to buy it subject to the sale of our house. We were so impressed by his professionalism we appointed Daniel and his wife Chelsey to sell our family home of 24 years. It was an old home on a large block. We ran with Daniel's recommendation of how to market it and it was sold within two weeks of the first home open. We were very pleased with how quickly it sold. Daniel and Chelsey are associated with a large organisation called The Agency. The Agency provides all the back office support to Daniel and Chelsey. I believe this permitted them to pretty much focus on selling our property instead of looking after staff and administration matters. It also freed them up for timely and frequent communication. We especially appreciated this. They worked really hard and got things done quickly. Daniel and Chelsey are great listeners and communicators and have a "can do" approach to business. They were able to overcome any obstacle encountered along the way and were very reassuring during what can be a very stressful time when buying and selling a home.
