Couldn't be happier!

I cannot give high enough praise for Joanne's effort and result. From the start Joanne was honest and realistic with what our property was worth. Joanne gave us guidance on how to best present our property to get the desired outcome. Being in a rural location we were expecting that the sale might take some time. Joanne managed to sell within 3 weeks! Not only was it a very quick sale but Joanne was also able to get our dream figure. Everything from the photos, write up and advertising was spot on. Joanne maintained communication throughout the process and was able to annswer any questions we had and made the whole process stress free. If I ever sell another house I will be getting Joanne for sure!
