Kurt helped us to sell our property after another agent failed...he is always willing to help out with advice and support and is honest and up front about what is going on. Once we sold, he then assisted us in finding a new house and was tireless in his efforts to find us the right home for our family. He coordinated communication very effectively to ensure that we got the best deal (selling and buying) and went out of his way to make sure that we had everything we needed. We absolutely recommend Kurt if you want an agent who will be with you every step of the way and go above and beyond in securing you the best possible outcome. 5 stars!

"The best customer service I've ever received"
I have absolutely zero hesitations in recommending Kurt Cockburn to my friends and family if they're looking for a real estate agent with a difference. After dealing with what I can only describe as "the best customer service experience I've ever received" I can safely say I'll never use another agent again. After explaining to Kurt I was thinking about selling my house, he had a buyer lined up within 48 hours and delivered me a result in which can only be described as "unbelievable". His connections within the Greater Springfield area are second to none, but it's the way he goes about his business which is sure to make him one of the most recognised names in the business. He is the ultimate professional and walked me through the whole process step by step, allowing me to get on with my day to day activities and taking away any unwanted stress that usually comes with selling a house.
