Brilliant ...far exceeded expectations ..including price achieved!!!

Originally Natalie Greatrex was recommended by a friend to manage my property in Melbourne. She did such an efficient,intelligent,proactive and friendly job that ,when I decided to sell,I had no hesitation in asking Natalie to act as my agent. Potentially it could have been a hassle,as I live in Queensland and the property is in Melbourne. It needed some work doing ,including replacing the flooring in 3 rooms with floating floors.I didn't even have to travel to Melbourne...Natalie sourced flooring,let me choose ,arranged installation and kept me informed every step of the way!! She also arranged preparing and dressing the house for sale (including a few brilliant decor touches of her own..after consulting with me of course!) ,gardeners,painters etc as well as the usual photography etc .i didn't have to do a thing! I was even overseas on the day of the auction but Natalie had liased with my daughter to have power of attorney so the auction went ahead on the planned day with a great turn out and a fantastic price achieved.I would be happy for anyone to contact me in person re Natalie. Her fees were extremely reasonable also.Brilliant!!!
