Long-term supporter

My experience with David began 15 years ago when he sold me my apartment. Each year David would send me an anniversary letter congratulating me on my purchase with updates on the progress on the area. When it came to selling my apartment this year (2024) the choice was easy. If you are looking to sell a property in the Newington area I would highly recommend David from Green Park. His knowledge of the area is extensive and he is very down to earth and easy to deal with. We felt very comfortable dealing with David from the very beginning. He made the whole process of restoring and selling our unit as painless as possible, from recommending and organising tradespeople right through to achieving the sale. David was easy to communicate with and always kept us updated after each open house and inspection. He was very honest in his estimate of the price we could achieve and turned out to be spot on.
