My selling experience with Josh was an enlightening experience. His knowledge of the area reassured me that his advice would allow me to achieve the best possible price for my property. I found him to be totally honest in his appraisal of my property and all dealings with regard to the sale. His presentation of the property was highly professional and very impressive. He contacted me regularly to keep me fully informed of all progress in the selling process. Josh went above and beyond the role of an agent in assisting me with jobs that were in fact up to me to achieve. Any reports needed he attended to and even fully arranged the installation of doors needed in the property. This relieved me of an enormous amount of stress.
