The best real estate Agent ive ever used, and wow did i get lucky ?

Emlyn is a hard-working person. he would do "opens" at allocated times, then return an hour later when people who had missed the allocated times would call him. i am amazed at his professionalism and his intimate market knowledge of property and the area where i lived. his skills are second to none ... we ended up selling prior to Auction and would you believe i told him to accept X amount if necessary, and he calls me an hour later and said he got more than i even was hoping for ... I'm embarrassed to say, that extra amount just paid for his commission so i feel like i haven't even paid for the best service i could have possibly asked for. what a legend ! :) do yourself a favour and use him.
