Take the stress out of selling ask Mark Robins

Recently I had to see my mothers property which was a renovators delight on a large odd shape block. I sought numerous Realtors for appraisals with many contradications and confusion especially in regards to the subdivision which they dismissed immediately and said best spend the money on fixing and presentation.
