Our iconic signage has been part of The Hills’ landscape since 1973. Guardian Realty began life as Nationwide Realty, operating from the same Round Corner Dural office we use now. Rebranded later to Guardian Realty, our reputation as The Hills’ largest and most successful property agency was firmly established.
In 2009 Ben Jobberns, a Pacific Hills alumni, returned to his roots in The Hills, working as an auctioneer. The following year, Ben teamed up with local sales legend Stephen Giacomelli to relaunch Guardian Realty as the leading real estate business in the area. A branding refresh with our distinctive green colour heralded a new era in the property market in the Hills District.
In 2016 Guardian Realty Castle Hill was born, with Aaron Godfrey bringing his 15 years of local real estate knowledge & experience to the Guardian Realty Brand.
