Property Sales and Rental Management

We have used Mark Gunther as our Real Estate Agent and Property Manager for the last 15 years and it has been a great relationship. In property sales we, as the vendor found that he managed the sales exceptionally well. We were always well informed as to what was happening with the sale of our property and he always did research to the market value so he could advise us accordingly. Also there was always a thankyou gift for us for selling through his agency. We had never experienced that before, his agency was an exception. Mark also handled our rental properties. It was always professionally managed and he made sure that we, as the owners, were well looked after and informed as to what the tenant required. Monthly payments were directly to our accounts and on time. We were travelling Australia in the last 2 years and Mark gave us the confidence to leave everything in his safe hands. He was only ever a phone call away. He's a great agent and I would have no hesitation referring him.
