He was like Zorro...
Hear one minute, gone the next... Luke was our best mate while trying to agree a price with the developer, however after contracts were signed we never heard from him again. Sent several emails asking question which never got a reply. Overall, I felt he was working more for the developer than he was for us.
Got the deal done
Luke and team at GV Property managed to keep the ownership group focused while putting us together with the right developer who understood the potential of our site and the mutual benefit completing a deal/sale would have for all concerned. They had a good feel for communication between parties and how much each participant needed from them. They were there when & how needed and never pressured. If we ever in a position to do something like this again, would definitely sign up with Antonio, Luke and the GV Property team. They are bets in business and get the deal done!
Collective sale success!
When the owners in our building decided to sell collectively, we initially planned to get a 'normal residential' agent to represent us, we also spoke directly to a developer... we then decided to work with GV Property and they encouraged us to go to market and set up a great campaign which generated a lot of competition. We ended up with offers better than we had imagined! Luke and Antonio at GV delivered - collective sales are their specialty and they do it well, we highly recommend them.

Luke personally dealt with our block of 6 units to sell collectively with our neighbouring block. He was persistent, thorough and ensured all parties involved were satisfied.
