Seamless experience with Shane Beaumont

The house hit the market on the Thursday or Friday, and the first offer was in by Tuesday. Shane seemed to have a great sense of the market and set about advertising accordingly. In my case: a (very) decent offer presented early on, was approved. External conditions made the process of selling our home a little bit harder; but Shane, and the team behind him, made it truly effortless and were always accomodating! In doing some research before selling the house he very quickly became the top out of my top three. I can almost guarantee that if I went with one or other of the agents I would: 1. Not have sold the house yet. 2. Sold at hundreds of thousands of dollars less for a high quantity agent to tick off a sale. If you want to just sell your house, on an extended time-frame, with no real goal- go somewhere else. If you need a real-estate agent who knows real-estate, understands trends and looks forward: then Shane is that guy. I would happily use and recommend his services going forward.
