Average communication and sale

The experience my sister and I shared buying our house with Haiven property group was quite average. The only variation we had placed on our settlement contract was to have a vacate clean provided by a registered contract cleaner, as my sister has leukaemia. This expectation was not met, followed by an 'invoice' put together at the last minute. We were highly disappointed in the days leading up settlement. I hope with this feedback, it provides other buyers to be aware and mindful of their 'said' contract variations.
