Higher price than we had anticipated.

During our initial with Gareth regarding the sale of our property we were aware that he had diligently researched the market in our area. His appraisal was confident without being well 'over the top'. The suggested timeline for the sale was acceptable and not pushing for a fast sale. Upon receipt of all the accepted offers Gareth was able to negotiate a higher price than we had anticipated, which was extremely impressive.
