Friendly, trustworthy and highly professional.

Julie & Jamie have proven themselves to be invaluable for me over the course of a few years. I first met Julie having received a flyer through the post regarding a no commitment property valuation & I wanted to ask them if there was anything I should consider doing before putting my home on the market when I was finally ready to sell. I made it clear that I wasn't looking to sell straightaway but that was no problem for them & my face to face discussions with Julie were very helpful & much appreciated. She certainly knows what she is talking about, I greatly appreciated the absence of any waffle and I came to trust that whatever she was saying was both correct & in my best interests. Move on a couple of years & I got back in touch as I was looking at selling, so Julie and Jamie were just one of the companies I met with. In the end, I chose to go with them because I felt that I could trust that we were aligned in what was important and what an excellent experience would look like. They weren't the cheapest, but for me it's about personal integrity, quality of the service and knowledge of their business, and Julie & Jamie 100% fit that bill perfectly. Their communication is superb and we had a plan developed early on so that we all knew what deadlines we were working to & what would be happening when and I'm happy to say that together, we delivered on that plan. Their integrity is without question, their knowledge of the market is spot on and whilst it was obviously important to me that they worked to gain the best price for my property (they excelled price expectations) it was equally important to me that the buyers have just as positive an experience as me. Julie and Jamie delivered in spades on all counts and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
