I could not recommend Shane any higher if i tried!!!! Shane has unbelievable market knowledge and provided an almost 100% accurate valuation on our property. The valuation was also higher than any of the comparitive valuations. He then advertised and closed the sale out quickly and efficiently with maximum return. Shane and his team assisted with managing out a problem with a property manager (something that was not in the scope of works) and achieved the best result possible. There is absolutely no doubt Shane has gone above and beyond our expectations every step of the way. A truly excellent agent!!!
