Excellent negotiation strategy to maximise the sale price of my property.

Walter has been actively engaged with the sale of my property. Things like giving feedback and conclusion after each open house; negotiating with potential buyers; updating recent activities about the saling progress and overseeing through the whole saling process from start to the end. The most impressive thing is that Walter is trying his best to maximising the sale price of my property despite I would accept a lower offer of price.
